I'm over the moon with both of them.  I think Austin is going to have a large character.  I can't wait to see him and Hatty grow up and live out their lives with us.

Thank you for giving them such a great start and I hope that I can maintain the standard that they are used to.

Thank you a million times and it's great it know that you are only an e-mail or phone call away.   J & J M, Norwich, Feb 2008

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you that Herbert is doing extremely well. Within the first day he pretty much made himself at home. He has the run of the house and has brought great delight to our lives.

He is feeding well and has grown considerably in size already.

He has got a real cheeky character which makes him so adorable.

He is well looked after and he has been showing his affections by licking us and he is quite comfortable with sprawling himself out on the floor when he wants to rest.

He has also developed a pattern of having a mad moment in the evening when he likes to dart and jump around the house. He is so funny to watch. Only trouble is I am often so distracted by watching his antics that I end up getting nothing done.

I cannot believe how well he has settled in, he has definitely become part of the family.     JG, Hereford.  Feb 2008

Home safely and with superb behaviour. We got him into his house asap and he went for a wee in his tray. Seemed to settle well. He has been out for a cuddle in bed with Alex this morning and all seems well.

We are very smitten with Bruno, thank you very much.  PH, Somerset.  Feb 2008

Bosley is totally adorable and we are both in love with him!  He sat on my lap for about an hour today and was so chilled out.  He loves to lick

He really is a confident bun and has coped with all the changes he has gone through so well.  Even after Jazz has tried to nip him, he is fine immediately afterwards – sometimes binkying or flopping!

I am glad that he is relaxed and happy and we look forward to the day he is bonded with Jazz.   H&MW, Somerset, Feb 2008

I'm just letting you know that Oscar is settling in fine.

He's a real character, very cheeky and has already had me in tears of laughter!

On Wednesday evening he made my yoga practice virtually impossible by jumping on me and licking my ears!
He is adorable, the trip to Herefordshire was definitely very worthwhile.   JS, Kent.  Feb 2008
